What To Expect

I offer a free initial 20-minute consultation over the phone without any commitment.

First session:

First session is an opportunity for you to tell me what brings you to counselling and for us to discuss whether therapy could be beneficial for you.

Length and number of sessions:

Sessions last for an hour:

I offer both short-term and long-term counselling depending on your needs and what will be the most helpful to you.

Confidentiality:

I am bound by the ethics and professional standards of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (bacp.co.uk)

Qualifications:

I am a fully qualified counsellor registered with the British Association in Counselling and Psychotherapy. I hold a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling, a Level 2 in Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and I am trained to deliver Solution Focused Therapy.

Fees:

Free 20-minute initial consultation over the phone without commitment. 1 hour sessions thereafter cost £50 per hour. Payments by cash or bank transfer payable on the day after the session. I am located very near to Altrincham town centre.
